We do not have a physical space. We are an online store. You can consult about our products, prices and available sizes by entering our website www.reggine.pe
2.- Do you replace the articles with the indication "Sold out"?
Remember that our shoes are made in a limited edition. If there was no stock, we would remove it from the web.
3.- Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Our shoes are made through traditional processes, so there may be a slight difference in the finish. There are no two Reggine shoes exactly the same, it is the magic of "Handmade". We try as far as possible that the actual color of the shoe appears in our photos. Remember that many factors influence a photo, such as natural light, artificial light, shadows, among others.
4.- What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?
We accept credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Bank transfer to Banco de Credito and Interbank account.
We also accept payments through Yape and Plin.

5.- How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Estimated time for Express shipments Lima (Barranco, Miraflores, San Borja, San Isidro, Surco and Surquillo): 5 hours. This service is valid for orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1pm.
Estimated time for shipments within Metropolitan Lima: 5 business days.
Estimated time for shipments within Peru (provinces): 10 business days.
*The shipping time starts from the day after the order is placed. It should be noted that there may be delays caused by external factors.
6.- How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Express Shipping Lima (Barranco, Miraflores, San Borja, San Isidro, Surco and Surquillo) – S/.25.90 *This service is valid from Monday to Friday until 1pm. after that time, it will be delivered the next business day.
Metropolitan Lima – S/.12.90
Provinces – S/.15.90

7.- Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to countries around the world. Send us an email to email@example.com with the following information: names, surnames, telephone number, delivery address, country, postal code, size and products you wish to purchase. We will quote your shipment and if you accept it, you can make your purchase through a payment link. We accept credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Diners Club.
Our orders are shipped by DHL EXPRESS, who are responsible for the security of delivery. We have a delivery time of 4-10 business days, starting the day after the order is placed. The times are estimated according to the transport agency and must be considered as business days, these times may vary if the package is retained by local authorities or customs.
8.- How can I make a change?
For any change, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible.
It is important that the product has not been used and that no more than 7 days have passed since the date of receipt of the product . If the product is used or damaged, no exchange will be made.
9.- Do the products have the Tax included?
For Peru, the prices do include VAT. However, for the rest of the countries the tax is not included and it will be assumed by the client.
10.- Can I request an invoice for my order?
All our shipments to Peru are accompanied by a ticket or invoice of purchase issued with all the data of the client and articles. For foreigners, an indicative sales receipt is issued and will not serve as a purchase document.
11.- I don't know very well what my size is, what should I do?
You can consult our "Size Guide" in the SHOP section. It is generic information, but if the model you are interested in has any particularity, we will indicate it in its description.
12.- It won't let me pay with my credit card, what happens?
In the event that it does not let you complete the payment, it may be due to any of the following reasons:
- Your card has expired. Check that its validity date has not passed.
- That you have reached the limit of the card.
- That some of the information you have filled in is incorrect.
- That the card does not have the online purchase option activated.
13.- Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?
Yes, card details are only entered on a payment gateway property page and are transmitted in encrypted form. Reggine will only be aware of the result of the operation. Reggine does not have access to any data of the card used for the purchase.
