1.- Do you replace the items with the indication "out of stock"?

Remember that our shoes are made in limited edition. If there was no stock, we would remove it from the web.

2.- Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?

Our shoes are made through artisanal processes, so there could be a slight difference in the finish. No two Reggine shoes are exactly alike, it is the magic of "Handmade". We try as much as possible, that the real color of the shoe appears in our photos. Remember that many factors influence a photo, such as natural light, artificial light, shadows, among others.

3.- What form of payment can I use to make my purchase?

We accept credit or debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Dinners Club.

Transfer in Banco de Crédito del Perú.

We also accept payments through YAPE.

4.- How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery of purchases made during the quarantine may present delays, due to the mobility restrictions given by the government. We hope to reduce our shipping times as soon as possible. If you have any questions, you can write to us at info@reggine.pe

Estimated time for shipments within Metropolitan Lima: 2 business days.

Estimated time for shipments within Peru (provinces): 10 business days.

5.- How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?

Metropolitan Lima - S / .10.00

6.- Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to countries around the world. Send us an email to info@reggine.pe with the following information: names, surnames, telephone number, delivery address, country, postal code, size and products you want. We will quote your shipment and if you accept it, you can make the payment through PayPal. The rates in dollars expressed on the web are approximate and may vary according to the current exchange rate.

Our orders are shipped by DHL EXPRESS, who are responsible for the safety of delivery. We have a delivery time of 4-10 business days, from the day after the order is placed. The times are estimated according to the transport agency and must be considered as business days, these times may vary if the package is retained by local authorities or customs.

7.- How can I make a change?

For any change, contact us as soon as possible at info@reggine.pe It is important that the product has not been used, and that no more than 7 days have passed from the date of receipt of the product. < / span>

8.- Do the products have the Tax included?

For Peru, prices do include VAT. However, for the rest of the countries the tax is not included and it will be borne by the client.

9.- Can I request an invoice for my order?

All our shipments to Peru have attached a receipt or purchase invoice issued with all the customer data and items. For foreigners, an indicative sales slip is issued and will not serve as a purchase document.

10.- I don't know very well what my size is, what should I do?

You can check our "Size Guide" in the SHOP section. It is a generic guide, but if the model in which you are interested has any particularity, we will indicate it in its description.

11.- You won't let me pay with my credit card, what happens?

In the event that they do not let you complete the payment, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

- That your card is expired. Check that its validity date has not passed.

- That you have reached the card limit.

- That some of the data you have filled in is incorrect.

- That the card does not have secure commerce activated.

12.- Is it safe to use my credit card on the web?

Yes, the card details are only entered on a page owned by the payment gateway and transmitted in encrypted form. Reggine will only have knowledge of the result of the operation. Reggine does not have access to any data of the card used for the purchase.
