Returns & Exchanges

All our products are carefully checked before being sent to our customers. All of them are handmade and made of leather. Leather is a genuine product of nature, so small imperfections and slight changes in color demonstrate its authenticity and provenance.

If you received a product that is not in good condition or if the shoes you ordered are not your size or you want to exchange them for another product or model, please contact us via email at info@reggine.pe at the next 7 calendar days, after receiving the product. Otherwise, we cannot ensure that we have the necessary stock.

In the email or message you must indicate your name and surname, order number and date that you made the purchase. You must also specify the reason why you want to make the change.

* Products in SALE or DISCOUNT are not subject to changes or returns.

* We do not accept money refunds, only size or model changes.

CONSIDERATIONS FOR PRODUCT CHANGE:

  • You can exchange a product up to within 7 calendar days, after receiving the product.
  • Changes can be made to the purchase only once.
  • All changes are subject to evaluation and the result of such evaluation will be communicated to you via email.
  • For changes, the customer assumes the cost of shipping to our warehouse.
  • The product must be in perfect condition as it was delivered (it is understood that the product must be new, without any use). If the product is used or damaged, no exchange will be made. Include the corresponding proof of payment.
  • The change of the product is subject to stock of the purchased model. In the case of not having stock of the purchased product, you must choose another available model.
  • We reserve the right to reject changes communicated or sent after the deadline or products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

REGGINE will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Any merchandise in poor condition will be returned to the customer and an additional shipping fee will be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive changes.
