INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We carry out shipments to countries around the world. Send us an email to info@reggine.pe with the following information: names, surnames, telephone number, delivery address, country, postal code, size and products you want. We will quote your shipment and if you accept it, you can make the payment through PayPal. The rates in dollars expressed on the web are approximate and may vary according to the current exchange rate.

Our orders are shipped by DHL EXPRESS, who are responsible for the security of delivery. We have a delivery time of 4-10 business days, from the day after the order is placed. The times are estimated according to the transport agency and must be considered as business days, these times may vary if the package is retained by local authorities or customs.

If there is any additional cost in the shipment, either due to customs procedures or similar (such as taxes and duties), these will be borne by the customer. REGGINE cannot predict what these amounts will be, as they are determined by Customs in each country.

The customer is responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the authorities in their country. In the event that the customer refused to receive his order due to additional charges determined by Customs, REGGINE reserves the right to charge both the shipping and return costs of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.
Orders will not be accepted at PO Boxes or at hotels or other non-permanent addresses. REGGINE is not responsible for possible delays in deliveries, due to third parties, such as logistics agencies, import delays or customs management and / or external events.
In the event of not finding the client at the indicated address, it is the client's responsibility to contact the transport agency and coordinate a new delivery date for the product. REGGINE is not responsible for possible inconveniences or new arrangements that may arise during the delivery time of the product in the destination country.

PURCHASE CONFIRMATION

Once your purchase is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order within the next 24 hours of a business day. If you do not receive it, please contact us at info@reggine.pe
Before dispatching the order, we may need you to confirm some additional information for the shipment. If this happens, days before shipment you will receive an email from REGGINE to confirm the information. Make sure that the information sent is correct because once the shipment is made, we have no possibility to change it.

WHAT DAYS IS THE PRODUCT SHIPPED?

Shipments are managed from Monday to Friday. If the purchase is made on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the shipment will be managed from the first operating business day.
